Our driver will be happy to help you remove your items from inside your residence. Someone will need to be home and able to assist the driver with the removal. We are unable to offer unassisted removal at this time. Please make sure that bedding is removed from the mattress and there is a clear path to the bedroom before our driver arrives.

Please have your mattress out visible by 8am on the scheduled pickup date. Your Items will be picked up between 8am and 5pm.

For assisted in-home removal, you must have clear access from the ground floor and fully disconnected (water, electricity, or gas). If you prefer our regular service where no assistance is needed, the appliance must be outside and visible to our driver.

Please place all mattresses and furniture for pickup outside at ground level, visible from the address provided by 8:00 am on the scheduled pickup date. Bed frames should be disassembled. If you selected the assisted in-home removal service option, please remove all bedding and provide a clear path in your home to retrieve the mattress/ box spring. Please ensure someone is present to help our driver with your items. Assisted in-home removal service pickups will take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on the scheduled pickup date.
